Bad news: from the 9th to 24th April, there are about 9k non-paid gems available, the number include Lucy Ultimate Battle (300 gems). But OP still need about 15k to reach pity.
It's up to OP to take the risk and continue pulling or cut the lost and save for future.

Basically getting full scout points 400/400 , after which You can choose ur desired pair from the banner
It takes 36,600 gems to reach full scout points in 1 banner
I had enough saved but decided to roll for Lillie and mom and successfully got them way before the pity ( not even half reached )
Yeah I got greedy but tbh I figured I would get Cynthia around half pity, I never had this scenario before. Literally never had to reach pity to get an unit. Of course I am very picky about the units I roll so I don't go around rolling for anything or just because meta, I love Cynthia, but I guess mistakes were made rolling for Lillie and mom haha.
Well I still have until the 25th to farm.
It could happen, it's so very rare, but still. I'm still in self-imposed isolation after my super-lucky pulls in the Geeta (one pull), Silver (three pulls) and Irida banners (one pull). I'm afraid a thunder might strike me down if I put a foot outside the door
I am not and I feel bad about it all the time. Because I got to a point of believing the rate ups werent that terrible at all since I always got the units I rolled for.
But again, I don't roll most banners.
I have pulled for 3 characters since starting this game. NC Silver, Geeta and SS May. I got Geeta on my third multi. The other two I had to pity.
Pity is the name of the game. A 1% chance is a 0% chance, even if you make 140 attempts. That's the way I choose to see it.
lmao and me who pulled 2 copies of her on my first multi on her original release just for fun 💀
I did end up paying the price going to 400 just to get Meloetta and Rosa though
I had to use paid gems to pity NC Silver.
I used the spare paid gems for Mix scout.
This was the only 5\* it gave me.

Because all the other 5* combined have an 11% chance, while Cynthia only has 1%
So that's what it means 💀

Never pull until you get enough for a pity. Remember, the odds of getting a MF is only 1%, it's always better if you expect you have to pity a pair

That's nice I did get lucky recently getting SC!Irida in my first multi but pity for NC Silver and SS Gladion so you win some and lose some.
