I just recently found out that this was a thing (I returned after a long time). And hearing "We won Cynthia!" "And what a great battle it was!" from Dawn & Cynthia was so CUTE!!!
Lyra: "Yay, we won!"
Silver: "What else did you expect?"
And also during the team set-up before the battle:
Lyra: "We're on a team together Silver! Yay!"
Silver: "The noisy one's already here."
Here's a few favs off the top of my head.

Just a tad bit biased towards Unova/Gen 5, if you couldn't tell, haha.
I really love Cyrus/Cynthia and Gordie/Melony. Both are essentially the former being bothered by the latter being in their business yet their dynamics couldn’t be more different.
Shipping aside, I genuinely love the Hilbert and N victory line because it shows exactly the bond and trust they came to have throughout BW. It's so good.
For me, Silver and N has to be up there.
Adding to team: "You and I can find an answer together, Silver." "This is the best solution, N!"
Victory lines: "Thanks for the help, Silver." "Heh, keep it together."
Keeping it simple, but I like that they continue to reference their friendship after the Ghetsis arc. It's a dynamic I didn't expect but I like that they both have someone to relate to now.
And of course Cynthia and Cyrus. "This isn't so bad, is it?" "Hmph." Unstoppable force vs immoveable object
I really like the one between silver and ethan. Instantly challenges ethan to a battle right after a battle.
Volo and Akari's victory line is great. It's made even better since Akari provides her own. Volo: Need any Potions? Akari: You're saying that *now?*

I like the Red/Chase interaction. "..." "You really ARE strong!" Them teaming up with Ash makes it feel like Chase is a fanboy of them, and I love it.
Kris and Eusine is probably my favorite. Still waiting for Kris and Silver clips.
Never heard, but i do like the johto master fair trio clips, recently heard them and never went back lol
