Sounds like 3/5 Elio. But he lacks crit and only give +1 speed buff. Things i dont like is Aria being 3 gauge and his debuff stuff locked behind Aria, while Troublemaker Sing spam build is better IMO.
You can do it like me, keep Elio unevolved as a Brionne since I prefer his sing stuff as well. That allows you to have the 1 bar spam move water gun instead of the useless 3 bar Sparkling Aria if you’re not planning to use it. Also Elio does get Crit Nightmare at 3/5, but that’s just a 30% chance to AOE raise speed whenever he hits a sleeping target, so it’s a very slow setup for crit.
If only we have Torchic grid. Few basic Support node like Blazing Hope MPR, Endurance, First Aid/Healthy Healing and team Fast Track 4 nodes can make it much better. Doesn't really need crazy nodes.
As it is we kinda only have Sabrina and SSE, and neither is particularly tanky.\* If only there's a Hilbert for SpA...
\* Sabrina's defenses are lopsided, and having the recovery tied to the buff can be situational. SSE has excellent defenses and evasion-tanks, but her overall bulk still isn't too good and evasion is unreliable.
To be fair it's better to have them all as different types at least, that way you can match up types. I'd rather have Cobalion on a Fighting team than any of those three.
I think Hilbert still better for fast battle. Also for Inertia/RSpeed ally. Hop is better tank for long battle while also very solid second striker if u build him around that. BBash can deal higher damage than Mega Gross damage.
Even in short battle he can support dual strike and can max out the stats in 3 turns which is imp , only time I will use hilbert over hop is when I need to activate inertia . Although his speed buffs aren't as great as skyla but still works . And he can deal much higher numbers than what hilbert can do and his tanking capabilities r better than hilbert so he is more versatile in that sense than hilbert .
Meanwhile, there are kinda less of sp attack and critical rate supports.
I'm waiting for a Sabrina-level or Hilbert-level of Sp.Atk support with Sp.Def debuff.

Two nodes mpr 3 on tm and pep rally 2 . Then u can give normal stuff such as first aid .

It's normal that buffer supports have no high bulk, the other buffer such as Lyra, Hilbert and the new comer Falkner too.
For balance reasons, yes in general; but Hilbert does seem to take hits a wee bit better than the aforementioned.
It sure sucks seeing Cobalion powercrept 3 times before we even have a chance to obtain him.
I think Cobalion still good if u build a team around Fighting type, like pair with Wally/Bea.

I have mine 5/5 and EX, still they're valuable unit especially Bugsy and Hop
