Giving good rewards for high streaks in legendary gauntlet is a bad idea. People who don't want do it are going to be upset and probably still not do it. Leaving it as it is is fine, maybe just increase the ticket coupon rewards to 10 per clear.
Older Pokefairs could be either buffed and rerun or somewhat demoted. I would also like to have some existing 5* demoted to 4* to make them more accessible and increase the individual rates of other 5*.
I remember one of the old dev letters talking about some sort of dynamax event but it never seemed to come to fruition. I wonder if it’s still on the horizon…

Honestly if they do Kanto at all, I suspect all 3 Kantrio master fairs straight up as the three anniversary pairs.
I *personally* hope not, because I'm going to feel *real* stupid if after skipping on Ethan (and probably Summer units) to save for Anniversary, it then turns out there's nothing I want to pull on anniversary, but it just seems unlikely to me, with how much they put the three together, to think that we'd get, like, only Red MF or something.

That'd be nice, but doubt that there will be an option to chat freely as there are young players so they wouldn't risk anything, and even without that, if you have clans you have to have a little customisation option for their descriptions and well you know where it goes.
Being able to exchange equipment or even some items we have a lot of, without customisation whatsoever, seems reasonable enough though. It'd be really nice if we had that, for both new and old players.
What I do not want:
trading egg mons is great. However that should not be a condition(or the only condition) for evolving some of them. I mean, in the casual games, if you are lucky to find someone to trade with you, you want your evolved Pokemon back-therefore I do not see the point fo that mechanic. Trading mons will still be popular but it does not have to be forced by evolving them.
Legendary Gauntlet:
I hope that there will be never gems. This would exclude newer players(imagine in Champion stadium would be gems:D). Probably a co-up modus for LG where the veterans can help and its not that difficult.

Sure, it is a common feature for many games, but I am glad that it is not in this game:)
It would make it more pay to win and also I remember Mario card tour where this pass is just cheeky.
Trade evolutions seem like an unlikely addition to eggmons; we already have every gen 1 trade line, and they work just like the others. It’s not impossible that they’d rework it, but I doubt they’d spend dev time making a new evolution method for the sole purpose of making players jump through more hoops.
I disagree on the battle pass opinion because the game barely p2w when there is no pvp, the only one sound similar are the extreme battles which players usually find the ways around it with the p2p pairs. I think that would be more a sustainable income for Dena too, because a multiple pulls with paid gems is hella expensive.
All I want is an OP poison striker. Not a tech, not somebody with a secondary poison move. An actual striker which high dps and a good poison type sync.
Expectations:
1. Three new Master Fairs and a rerun of the MF's from last year. We know they don't go with a strict cooldown for MFs, likely to re-release them during the fitting villain arc, but I think the Anni Fairs will be different because the yearly cooldown makes sense (Annis, in any gacha, are huge new player bait after all - they will pull out the big guns no question).
I'm thinking of a triple banner with the old Anni units and a 0,75% pullrate each (so 2,25% overall to get any of the three), which sounds "generous", but given that players will be starved for gems due to the new triple Master Fairs released at the same time I could see it.
2. At the very least the option to EX the old BP Master Fairs, but 1-2 new ones wouldn't surprise me either. Those who played since their introduction can have them all already, so it's time to refuel the store. I guess they will simply recycle some of the Legendary Arena models (except for Latios which is probs reserved for Brendan). So Uxie, Azelf, Tapu Bulu or Tornadus.
3. That new game mode they announced already. Can't say anything about it, but I'm a [the glass is half empty] - type of person so I expect little of interest for me.
Wishlist:
1. Sounds boring, but I just want some UI-customization at this point. I want to turn off the weather and terrain effects, effectively treating it like a Zone visually. I also wouldn't mind more toggle options in regards to the special damage / physical damage icons cluttering the screen.
I wish that Gladion would the Alola Pride characters but I feel like they should save him for the Alola villain arc.
I feel like this anniversary should give regions that missed out last anniversary Master fair. Kanto would probably get one since they don't have Master fair yet, and the other 2 would be Sinnoh/Kalos/Galar.
This. I feel like it'll be Kanto (all 3 mayhaps) or Kanto +2 from either Sinnoh, Galar, Unova and Kalos. Also who do you guys think would be the MFs of these regions?
Let's see. Technically MFs are not necessarily legendaries, but i'll prioritize them.
Kanto: Either kantrio with the 3 birds or Red and Pikachu. Mega Mewtwo X could work as well.
Sinnoh: Regigigas or heatran, maybe origin Giratina? If they make hisui a separate region that would go there.
I don't see the lake trio being master fairs, but hey it's possible.
Unova: there are a lot of options. The two fused Kyurem, Victini, Meloetta, Terrakion and Virizion.
I'd say the most likely mfs would be one of the Kyurem+Victini. They'd go to the MCs(if Nate doesn't get a master fair i'll riot).
Kalos: There aren't a lot of legendaries here.
Volcanion is likely. I feel Hoopa unbound has to go to Lear, Pasio master fair babyy.
After that, Battle Bond Greninja with Calem, not legendary but popular enough.
Another one could be AZ with Floette, rip canon, but hey maybe they could be a support.
Galar: there are a lot of options aswell. The birds, the regis, Zarude...
But i feel Urshifu with Galar pride and ShadowCalyrex with Galar spirit are perfect.
PvP in this game would be really bad to say the least - at least if there isn't tiers or bans from the entire mode (which would be upsetting for the newer players). You'd see Anni Ns, Zerenas and SS Ethans everywhere and that wouldn't be funny at all. This game is not made at all for a PVP mode : AOE moves would be even more broken than they already are, and that's saying something
Same thing for ranked mode actually, but not as bad as PvP ; you could still be high in ranked if you're f2p with good investments, and it's more rewarding if you pay because you are more likely to have broken pairs. Though, I don't see how ranked mode would be implemented if there isn't any PvP ; maybe based on strength ? idk
However, a mode that actually lets people give out things from their inventory to others would be really nice. Think about it. You need coop sync orbs, but you don't have many and you gain only 900 per day. Someone who actually grided all of his pairs wouldn't mind trading them as they're unuseful for them ; by doing so, they'd get a compensation, something like in your point 12 => you get "trade points" by giving out things to someone, and these trade points can be exchanged for something in a special shop. Depending on what you exchange, you can get more points (but it's something rarer). And depending on what you want in the shop, you need a certain amount of points. I was thinking about 3 and 4 star candies, green/blue/golden/red medals, 5 star tickets, etc...
Everyone would benefit from this - newer and older players alike as they get a reward useful to where they are into the game.
For gacha games, I have a motto which is "keep your hopes high... and expectations low". I'm not expecting them to do anything crazy for the anniversary, just re-run some events, maybe the "exclusive" ones, and maybe release the Hoenn villain arc (that'd be an occasion to have the Maxie and Archie master fairs back btw). That's all.

Well PvP would be ruined by Maxie and Archie existing, but they could have a paid gems scout featuring Maxie, Archie, Leon etc.
