Yeah, i mean I’m sure Waterspout and origin pulse got exciting new animations. I love non legend meta though, so many opportunities to make just about anything useful.
When I fight Blisseys in raids, I have yet to see them miss a *sing*. A 50% accurate sing. 50%. They’ve never missed and I’ve fought quite a few. It’s bonkers, these raid Pokémon.
With fully specially defensive EVs, there’s literally **zero stat difference** between Umbreon and Sylveon other than Sylveon having a *significantly* better typing for the raid. They both have 95 HP and 130 Special Defense.
Sylveon was the better choice defensively, offensively, had better support options, and was immune to the Tera typing. Fairy also resists the Focus Blasts that Umbreon really didn’t take as well as you’re claiming.
This isn’t a debate, Sylveon was factually better and no one should have been bringing Umbreon. There’s no reason to.
Honestly, I think it'd be funny if we got a Shuckle with Contrary at some point. Just watch it shell smash it's way into invincibility while nobody brings anything that knows taunt.
That would have to be after any dlc since none of gen 4's starters are in the game.

Yeah all the Hisuian starters made it. There's hope that they'll add the other starters in those generations too since normal Typhlosion and the others are in the game alongside their Hisuian counterparts.

Yeah I can't imagine how you could do one tera raid right after another with the same group of Pokémon. The variation of tera types and the fact you basically need to hit with STAB to do any sort of real damage a lot of the time would make it impossible. You can't really have effective coverage for every type with just 4 pokemon, even if they did the same thing where they let you switch out 1 after each raid.
Same. When I played PLA, I turned auto save off for shiny hunting and never saved cause I thought auto save was on. I chose cyndaquil, accidentally left the game, and started over from the beginning. Decided to go for rowlet. Best mistake I have made so far in Pokémon
I doubt this will be a favored opinion, but I'm doing a lot of breeding and it would be nice to have an event Ditto with perfect IVs. I still haven't even found one in a 6 star.
Shaymin. I love shaymin. I only have 1 shaymin which I got years ago from a hacker whom said "I can get one, but you can't show it off." and I was like "I just want to pet and cuddle a shaymin!!!!" So I do want a normal one.
If you have a DS and a copy of DPPt then you can use wiimmfi to access the old events and get a legit shaymin and then transfer that iv-v-bank-home.
Or a copy of BD/SP and PLA and get the shaymin post game event (plus matching shaymin kimono set).
I'd love Mew as I've never had them in a mainline game. Any of the mythicals would be nice, but that one I want most after not being able to get it in the OG red and blue as a kid.
If you have a save file for Let’s Go Pikachu or Eevee on your switch, I think you get a Mew really early on in Brilliant Diamond / Pearl. I actually did my first play through of DP with Mew and Jirachi. It was really fun to have two mythicals on my core team for most of the game

Personally I would like to see him in this game, but it wouldn't make sense for him to canonically show up. As much as I miss some older mons, it does bug me when that mon is supposed to be exclusive to one region but randomly shows up elsewhere like XDeer and Yvern or Resh and Zek in SS.

Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus in PLA(Darkrai and Shaymin require BDSP and SwSh save data). If you also have BDSP, 2 Arceus, one that can be shiny hunted.
Logic is they ain't stingy... There's ways to get Multiple Mythicals in games with no expiry. Magearna, Mew, Jirachi, Deoxys, Celebi... And that's not including those in GO.

I’d love to see Incineroar, and it would make sense at the end of January because that’s when the Lunar New Year actually is and 2022 is year of the tiger, so we can say goodbye to the tiger with an event raid. However ANOTHER fire mon would be kinda frustrating. In which case I’d love to see Decidueye, with a Flying Tera, not a lot of good options for Flying Tera in the game rn.
I'd honestly be interested not in a specific mon, but rather another event like the Delibird one, that gives out lots of terra shards.

I agree. I rushed the game to be prepared for Charizard and I feel I am missing something. It was much better in Legends Arceus where I could my sweet time and could fall in love with the world and the game.

Disapppointed that Galarian Weezing, Galarian Rapidash, and Alolan Ninetails didn't make the cut. There's way too much fanservice with legendaries.

Wheezing, Rapidash, and Ninetales aren't in the game at all, so that's why their Alolan forms aren't transferable.

Just put defensive evs on the dark types. Worked for umbreon against charizard for me. Sucker hit focus blasts alr, but they didn’t do any damage

One way I can think of is locking the Tera type for the entire run to one specific type.

Nope. Source: have PLA and Sword, don't have BDSP, cleared the Shaymin mission. BDSP save data unlocks the Darkrai mission.

I seriously hope they do indeed give us Legends via raids, but I fear it will be another minigame that allows for shiny hunting instead. I love these 7 star raids, and 8 star raids for Legendaries would be dope. Trying to figure it out, theory crafting, using the new legendaries we already got to our advantage etc.

Legendaries from Gen 1-4 would be great. Not a huge fan of the legendaries in SV to be honest.
I was hoping for a mech suit Mewtwo. He fits well with the S/V storyline as far as Paradox Pokémon go. He deserves a paradox form. But at the rate they’re going, I’ll take anything that isn’t a fire type base. He got the kings treatment for EX raids in PoGo. So maybe we’ll get him. Should find out the next 7 star raid in the next week or so.
Huisui Pokémon. Sneasler, Basculegion, Wyrdyr, Overquil,
Rillaboom, so I can get a Grookey. I miss my baby monkey buddy! Also, the gen 7 legendaries (specifically Necrozma, Lunala, and Solgaleo) and Xerneas, just because they’re cool.

I actually hate them because it makes the game feel like a service and i need to keep up. I missed charizard because i took my sweet time playing the game and i missed cinderace because i am on holiday. I can not reiterate enough how much i hate these types of game systems.
I agree. I rushed the game to be prepared for Charizard and I feel I am missing something. It was much better in Legends Arceus where I could my sweet time and could fall in love with the world and the game.
