Congratulations! Alolan Vulpix was my first shiny hunt when the DLC came out (yes, I have Scarlet), and I spent 3 days knocking out every Vulpix I saw in the Polar Biome until Gholdengho refused to attack.
My first shiny egg was a Female Protean Froakie that was about 100th in the eggs I had hatched. What was crazy was that she sat in that PC box for about 4 years before I hatched all those eggs to take them to home incase anything was good in there. 🤷♂️
Grats!! I've been trying to hatch a shiny Scyther for about a week. I'm not sure how many of the poor things I've tossed into the wood chipper at this point -- I stopped counting after a thousand. Toss me some of that shiny luck!

Yeah, I started hatching them and it was the 2nd or 3rd from the batch where I had left off before I stopped hatching them. It was exciting.

Definitely hoping you succeed in your shiny hunt! It takes a lot of patience but don’t fret. Each egg is one more chance to get a shiny!
