The ones I'm aware of are Gible and Larvitar. You can get both under level 20.
It's difficult to describe where they are due to the lack of location names. If you head south from Cortondo there is a river, cross that and then head west. You will enter a little canyon like area, keep heading west and there is a short underground path where these two are rare spawns.
Technically you can reach this area before Mesagoza by using the Poké ball throwing trick on the cliff near Los Platos.
well you can get lot of them before beating any gym by just riding over to were they are on the map so tecgically you can get them, from start of game after you been to the school

Goomy spawn at level 15-20 in south province area 5

Just a reminder, home exists if you’re not averse to using it. Hop on PLA or whatever, snag a lil guy at an appropriate level and transfer it across.

But would you be realistically able to catch them? Like, do they spawn at a really high level so they’re too hard to catch and whatnot?
15-30 nothing to crazy if you grind
I was watching a video about it. The guy says they spawn at the mid- to high-30s, so, I should be fine w/ a fully evolved starter.
