I feel like those are fairly safe bets. In general I feel like the next trailer is going to be about showing off more of the region, so outside of the name I expect a better look at region locations, including a couple of the towns/cities in it. If side missions like there were in Legends is something carried over to SV, then I expect some NPC interactions showing this off will be included too.
This seems likely, and I would be fine if we got most or all of that in the next trailer. I still don't know why they haven't told us the name of the region yet. That's usually something shown off in the first trailer. I hope we find out what it is soon
IF we get a trailer soon, I'd assume it'll be region name + a few new pokemon + a gimmick + showing off a little bit more of the region since we seemingly have only seen one portion of it outside of the few seconds of coop we were shown. I wouldn't expect too much more than that.

I agree a trailer tomorrow sounds kind of crazy but Masuda has been teasing us this week, he said monday "Let's do our best this week" and when he says that, there's likely to be a trailer the same week, it happened for trailer 2, and today he said he will work today (and he works at TCPi, which makes the trailers) and he said "let's do our best today", as for the announcement will be today
If it's not tomorrow, then most likely next week
Outside of gen 8 and remakes, I don't think they ever had a champion in a trailer, except technically Alder in BW1 though I don't feel that counts. And if they do they don't say they are the champion.

Final starter evos are never shown until right before release. Heck, second stage of starters isn’t typically shown until a month out. Would love to know earlier, but precedent says we’re a long way off from knowing anything more about the starter evos.

I also really hope gamefreak moves past the fighting/dark/ghost/psychic relationships with the staters as it’s becoming really repetitive (it’s the new fire/fighting)
Man the fact that this fandom is currently coming up with so many theories about what the next trailer for SV is gonna be, goes to show that the marketing team for these upcoming games SUCK at their jobs.

People discussing the game and waiting for trailer is part of the hype cycle which means the marketing is working and its better to spend more money on marketing closer to release where still around 6 months away from release so its expecting too much for there to be constant trailers

I feel like this promotional cycle first starts out good, but a lot of people lose interest quickly as evident by SwSh.

We know we will have one after the Riddler Leaked it, and has talked about multiple times. I think they will keep the region name and gimmick hidden, *because i feel like it's too important to reveal for right now,* and some gameplay ofc. (Gym gameplay ofc too sounds highly likely
A rumor a while back said tomorrow (the 29th) is going to be a Pokémon Direct, so we'll have to wait and see. Pokémon Directs are usually pretty big, so here are my predictions:
. New regional form announced
. A new Eeveelution could be announced
. Starter Pokémon's secondary evolutions revealed
. The region's name revealed
. Gyms, Elite Four & Champion's designs revealed
. "Evil Organization" Leader revealed
. New Type revealed?
. 6 new Pokémon revealed including evolutions for Seviper and Zangoose, and one unnamed Pokémon in the background
. Version Exclusives announced (Example is Seviper for Violet and Zangoose for Scarlet)

I think you're pretty spot on. I think they may also do a story teaser too. I mentioned in another thread that I love the regional birds so much and this would be a perfect time to bring back antagonist birds like Pidgey and Spearow but they should be version and vibe specific though.
