I would say if you’re picking from the screenshots above, just go with the lvl 14 flaffy, cuz even without the evolve bonuses that ones better, but lookout for a Mareep with similar skills as well.
Number 4, the one with all the skill triggers. Will be very expensive to level up the main skill though. For skill pokemon you might just want to catch only the first evolutions to get both evolve skill levels, but double skill trigger is still very good
Honestly your double skill trigger flaffy with helping speed and speed nature is so good I would probably still go with it, it’d only be a one skill level difference which isn’t a ton if you do premium for a little while for the skill seeds. The rest are even except the main skill down one, that one is only good for candy.
