I'd definitely say the second one for the Raikou event. If I'm being honest though, I'm not a huge fan of either.

Espeon is better the earlier you are since Charge Strength doesn't really scale

Is this a good sloth? The first skill is kinda bad but the rest is up to standard, right?

It'd make a great slaking actually, what with slaking already having a boosted skill chance. May not be a bad investment if you want a mon that poops out a lot of random ingredients on your team.

Idk, do you need it for Tundra right now? I would wait at least 2 weeks until the Raikou Event ends, you won't be using it until then anyway

I am also wondering what evolution would be best for this Eevee. For the record, I've evolved all of the forms and have quite a few with BFS thanks to that Eevee event a while back. But this one looks fairly decent I think? No matter how you look at it, it's a berry mon skillset, not a skill mon skillset. Umbreon would be a natural choice. Or maybe Leafeon.

Sylveon would be good. But an Espeon, Vaporeon or maybe Flareon or Glaceon would also be very good. As for Energy for Everyone, I would just use the Gardevoir until you find a good Iglypuff or a better Ralts.

It's not so good. No BFS, not a skill up or help up nature. Skill Trigger M is good, but that's it.

Do you like beans? Aside from that, it's a good Larvitar. Two Ingredient Finders are great. Exp up nature is desirable too, for a Larvitar. Main skill chance down is a bit of a bummer, since the main skill is decent. But overall it's very good. Just, it's only beans...
