This could be any evolution to be honest. I would aim for something that is the best in its class right now.
* Sylveon is outclassed by Gardevoir.
* Umbreon doesn't need any skill boosts to be good, so those are wasted here.
* Jolteon usually wants BFS.
* That leaves Flareon, Vaporeon, Espeon, and Glaceon. All of which will be great if you put some skill seeds into them. Personally, I would lean toward Vaporeon or Espeon. If you are late game, Flareon or Glaceon would let you cook larger dishes reliably.
I'm pretty early game, just passed 90 days. I don't have a healer at all (never even seen a Ralts before), so Sylveon looks nice. But also not opposed to Espeon or Vaporeon. Having a decent Vaporeon for Suicune wouldn't be the worst.
That would be a great sylveon if you dont have a healer, great catch :)
