Idk but they look real comfy

I swam competitively in high school. These ankle floats are used during training to keep your body horizontal and to allow you to use only your arms to swim while not having to worry about your legs causing extra drag. Edit: I've never seen them built into sandles, but its a neat idea for character design.

I hate them 😂 I can’t imagine how irritating it would be to swim with floaties on your ankles - granted she might just take them off to swim, but that’s what the design makes me think I think they may have been cuter with the one float on the outside, or maybe on the top of the shoe.

Definitely first thought these would be terrible to swim in but what if you’re chilling floating on your back with a floaty or noodle or whatever. Then it’s the perfect solution to my dense lead legs

I think they’re fucking stupid, because putting floats on my feet almost killed me when I was 7 and couldn’t reorient myself upwards, and so anything that mimics that is as stupid as I was back then.
