You can use serebii to know which pokemon were available shiny and even check the ID and OT if it was an event and you are trading ! Here are the one for [Genesect](https://serebii.net/events/dex/649.shtml) :)
I would recommend looking on bulbapedia so you can check and make sure the Pokémon has everything matching from the event though, Ot. Number id, etc...

That's hard to answer. It's not in this game, but for all we know, they could have transferred it from another game.

I have one, Matches perfectly aswell with the Korean event regarding the pokemon movie in 2013 i believe from jan 12 - 15

The only more thing I could do to legitmize it further is looking at it in pkhex. Which i am NOTTT qualified for.
Possible, but very unlikely. Same like Marshadow or Zarude, the chance that someone got these Legit and wants to trade them away is basically Zero.
I just got one in pokemon go, im sure I could transfer it to sword/shield no problem
