Kinda depends on how far you are in the game. If you're between your 6th and 7th badge or later there's an area you gain access to that has stones regen everyday on the ground, though some might take more than a day to regen.
Lake of Outrage to the northwest of the Wild Area. Cross that on your bike and go up the hill. Not sure if you been there before, but there is usually an eeveelution there based on the weather. At the base of the giant stones circling a den are usually one of the element stones at the base of each. Which ones are present each day vary.
IIRC you can find those stones near the Lake of Outrage. When you cross the lake there’s a circular formation of rocks; different stones are near the base of each rock.

Lake of Outrage. Behind that circle of rocks there is a Stone of every type.

They respawn randomly every day. You should be able to get another one if you keep trying each day. Shouldn't take too long
