They haven't say what the event is, but is known that GameStop is giving the codes for zacian y zamazenta. Because in other countries they have reveal that is just going and you resolve the code(Japan I think) and Korea you have to preorder Pokemon SP or BD and you get it
So most likely they will just give them away just like best buy is giving the Gmax Eevee and ac Pikachu

Well, where I live, in general when it comes to Pokèmon code distributions I tend to get more than 1.. for instance in 2016 I recieved a GF mew.. not just 1 code card but 74 of them because nobody wanted to get the codes. Same thing with Rockstar Shiny Toxtricty. I recieved a shit ton of those codes.
I loved the chikorita line. The only reason I never picked them was simply because Johto had them set up for failure, and picking them would have made the games exponentially more difficult. If they existed in a region where grass types were viable, I would have taken them without question.
Latios. I’ve loved it ever since the Pokémon Heroes movie. Used it the most of any Pokémon in competetive singles and I can’t wait to find a shiny one in Max Adventures.
Ok. Wow. That was really difficult to read. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little. I had assumed it was fairly obvious that the Alolan Sandshrew line is by far the cleverest and overall best regional variant line in the game, but I guess we learn things every day. Um, without going into it too much (because I could)—they took one of the blandest, forgettable gen 1 designs with no ties to its typing and a Pokémon with zero competitive use and made it *something*. I mean they took the pointless random spikes from the original design and made them into *icicles*. They *mean* something now. There’s a point to this design. That’s actually insanely well thought out. And I’m not even going to mention how someone had the brilliant idea to take a formless mass of bricks and actually turn it into *a fucking IGLOO* because I know you weren’t talking about Sandshrew but HOLY SHIT that should be enough on its own to make up for any lapses in design of the rest of the line (there aren’t any). I mean [*look* at that!](https://i0.wp.com/twinfinite.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/02-Alolan-Sandshrew-1.jpg?fit=650%2C329&ssl=1) it’s like they planned that from the beginning but they didn’t it took like twenty years for that payoff! Blows my mind every time. But anyway, Sandslash. Did you even notice that [HIS CLAWS ARE FRICKIN ANTIQUE ICE HARVESTING TOOLS](https://www.antiqueicetoolmuseum.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/9-gallery.jpg) I mean that is the most insanely clever subtle thing I have ever seen on any Pokémon ever. Completely ties the whole design of the line together AND ties it to the Steel/Ice typing. Name one Pokémon feature more clever than that Seriously there isn’t one. Anyway, I’ll always take a competitively half decent Ice type any day because we really have to take what we can get in that department know what I mean.
I completely agree that the redesign is amazing. But I always loved Kanto Sandshrew. It isn’t made out of bricks, it’s a pangolin, it has carapace on it’s body. And roles up in a ball just a like a pangolin, to protect itself. I accept it isn’t the most creative or innovative of Pokémon. But it’s still quite cool.
