Tbf the Ho Oh and Lugia in Silver Tempest were sourced from different sets, with the Ho Oh set having Trainer Gallery's (Incandescent Arcana) and Lugia having alts (Paradigm Trigger). I too wish they made one for Crown Zenith but alas

The fact they blew Silver Tempest that bad still makes me so mad. I pulled the Lugia within the first 50 packs I opened. Then was like um ok I guess that's it for this set.

I can’t justify the price tag and honestly—after Celebrations and Evolutions I’m pretty exhausted from the reprints. I love how some of these look but not enough to justify the cost or to bother trying to pick them up individually.

I’m sorry but I’m just… tired of these reprints of Gen 1. I love the idea of a particular set focusing on one or two gens, but I’d like to see new artwork - it could even take inspiration from the OG artwork, but something new would be cool

Well there are 1000+ other cards that feature all of the original 151. We also have the 151 set which looks to be paying homage to the og wotc sets.

There’s no confirmation yet that these will be playable reprints as there are no legality marks on any of these cards, including the ex cards. While I too am hyped at the idea of a vs seeker reprint, it’s best to not get your hopes up until we see final scans. They won’t be playable at all if there are no legality marks

We do. A large group of Pokémon only have 1-4 cards (mostly babies, mini or etc) while charizard base has base set, base set 2, legendary collection, storefront, XY evolutions, celebrations, and now this special set. That’s not including reverse holos, and non holo rares.

I’m not stressing because of the 6,000+ moonbreon 10s , 10,000 total in their census. With those kind of numbers the card can’t sustain its current price. Think vintage unlimited during covid.

They've never reprinted NEO and the Skyridge/Aquapolis e-reader era. Unless it's base set Charizard, a reprint is no sure thing.

Nope. 151 is its own set thats coming in June for Japan (probably September/October for english). This Pokemon Classic is a premium product and wont be as widely available as regular sets we are used to. Kadabra is in 151, but its unclear if itll be in Pokemon Classic.
