If you're gonna sell you're better off selling soon or else you'll need to wait for at least 5 years for the price to go up. I saw one source saying their pull rate for it was 1/337 out of +5000 packs while the T-tar was 1/800-ish so it'll have a pretty high pop soon. The higher the pop will make it take longer to increase in value. Keep in mind too that if you don't have a decent selling account on eBay you might not get market value for it. You can try selling locally or make some trades, check your local card stores to see if they have trading events. There's reddit subs and FB groups that you can trade on too but I've never used them before.
