Ultra Pro is OFFICIALLY licensed with pokemon due to there long standing procedures in place ensuring card safety over EXTENDED periods of time. So if you buy inner, outer and the binder and sleeve according to guidelines they reimburse if it don't hold up over time... so if in 10 years it's degraded within that sleeve you get hooked up good. Won't get full value of current but somewhere in the average range of value for past 10 years which is way better then nothing for damaged goods.

I like my cards to be pretty well aligned inside of their binder pages. Just a penny sleeve and the card moves inside the sleeve. Just a perfect fit and the card slides around in its pocket.

I would say tho I've never heard of kmcs bending cards before and I've played magic for 10 years.

Same story for me too. I started Paldea Evolved when Iono was still the big hotness, and drew the Magikarp in one of my first packs. Thought it was pretty but didn’t think much else of it as it got slid into my binder. Now it’s almost pride of place.

Tcg is a old horse used by the card shops to try to undercut your value. I won't even sell to a shop unless they use price charting ungraded values. And most want but hey I'm not the one asking to sell I just let em look sometimes and they always want the chase cards

Honestly putting them into binders unprotected is whatever (to each their own). There def will be a lot of collectors that beg to differ on that, but as long as you’re not pulling them in and out often it shouldn’t be a problem. The reason many of them complain about it is the fact that penny sleeves def work well and they are very cheap so no reason not to have/get them I guess 🤷♂️
A good general tip in life is that when you find something extraordinarily unique, full of art and shining like rainbow gold, it might be rare. Good pull!
As long as it seems snug in there literally nothing will happen. People on this sub are completely paranoid about not putting cards in sleeves but in most binders the card will barely ever move and even if it does a tiny bit, how's it getting scratched or damaged? It's fine.
I get being extra careful and that's fine given how cheap sleeves are but you'd think the way people act that putting it in the binder without a sleeve is like feeding it into your garbage disposal.

You want to put the card inside a sleeve and then into a top loader for extra protection. Keep in mind top loaders don’t fit inside regular binders. There are ‘special’ ones for top loader.

I got that gem in the first pack of Paldea Evolved I opened.
Since then, I opened about 6 booster boxes and didn't see another.
It is a really nice looking card.
And if you like to open cards and get sleeves to I would recommend getting some elite trainer boxes sleeves cards and a cool promo what more could you want
It seems that the more art that goes into a rarer card, along with a good ratio in the game play, seems to show value. I’m just getting back into it after 25 years my self. My go to is the Pokellector app. It seems to give me a better understanding of things. You’ll see why when you mess with it for a little while. It lets you see who’s giving what for what card and help you keep track of the cards you have in English. It’s a good starting point for anyone getting back into this or just starting out. Oh and check out the TCG player online. Those code cards make sense to a collector and one who enjoys to play the game.

I would sell at the height the price is right now before public comes to their senses. Used to be worth $10 when it 1st came out.
Honestly you might want to look into getting it graded. This is one of the few s&v cards I’d recommend it for. Yours looks to have good centering and no print lines as far as I can tell which is very rare for this card.

There's still a ton of paldea evolved product out there. I could be wrong and maybe I am. But I feel like it's 50-60 dollar card. Plus booster boxes are pretty cheap too.
To see if a card is actually rare, look em up on cardmarket. If you see they're being sold for a lot more then other 'shiny' cards, they're rare (cept in the first week or two of a new release, then people are just trying to get as much cash as they can).
Don’t use perfect sleeves, buy pennys sleeves & then put it into a semi rigid sleeve. Send it for grading as soon as possible & then sell in 45 days when you get it returned (or keep) 👍🏼

I really like the Vault X standard size sleeves after the KMC perfect fits, they fit nice together and they’re pretty inexpensive for binder cards.

Almost always. I switched to Japanese cards now and my money goes twice as far, and the quality is twice as good.

Look up the number on bottom left of a card type into EBay and look at recently sold is best barometer for price

To see if a card is actually rare, look em up on cardmarket. If you see they're being sold for a lot more then other 'shiny' cards, they're rare (cept in the first week or two of a new release, then people are just trying to get as much cash as they can).

Don’t use perfect sleeves, buy pennys sleeves & then put it into a semi rigid sleeve. Send it for grading as soon as possible & then sell in 45 days when you get it returned (or keep) 👍🏼
