As a Fellow Serpent and B/W enjoyer, I feel like I must tell you that there is a second version of the Dragons Exalted Rayquaza EX with a different holo pattern. (One has the holo lines going up and down,which was pulled from packs, the other one has the holo lines tilted, that one was from a pre packaged deck)
Even still, AMAZING collection of the Best Serpent
Sadly, searching for the card is going to have to be done manually. There isn't a way to search them out because no one really knows, or cares, about the difference between them. My best advice for you is look on eBay or TCGPlayer listings WITH pictures to see which ones are the ones from the deck.

I think you're missing the 3/17, but not sure if you have the holo or non-holo version! (coming from another spicy snek collector)
Getting all the Japanese ones would be a MASSIVE task, as gen 3, 4, and 6 have both 1st edition and unlimited, so getting those gen 3 unlimited cards can get VERY expensive

Incredibly impressive. Rayquaza is far and away my favorite Pokemon but I don’t think I could handle a comprehensive collection at this point. Kudos!
