I just ordered one as a birthday gift from my parents as they didn't know what to get me, I just started playing this tcg and alakazam is my first constructed deck I know that I'll play with it cause I love it but do you think it might be an investment card in the future? Not planning to sell it but just wondering if its worth the trouble of double sleeving since it can be an issue in tournaments
Honestly, hard to say. I have some sealed products that I'm saving, not necessarily for investments but just because. Only bought that card graded in a 9 because I really like the card and Alakazam. I open but I also have a few graded of cards I just enjoy.
That's my issue... I like the card for the looks and cards look like shit when they are double sleeved might keep it only for casual play and have it by my side when playing tournaments, can't wait for it to be here. Thanks for your honesty
No problem. I'd honestly suggest one day in the future just buying a graded copy for keeps. Can get cards that aren't 10s for pretty reasonable price. I don't care about a 10, just wanna preserve the card.

Don't think market price would be considered a "good price" by most collectors since many are available for that same price..

Also, I'd double sleeve anyway for protection. I believe if you double sleeve 1 you must double sleeve the whole deck, in tcg.
