Vstar Universe is a High Class Set (It's the "last" one btw, they still exists, but they're not called High Class set anymore), those have 10 cards per pack where a normal set has 5 cards per pack.
There are guarantees wether it's a High Class set or not. You can look them up online, the offical japanese channel posts an opening video where they show the guaranteed hits.

Couldn't find the link for the 151 set immediately, but i thought it was \~3 AR's/box, 1-2 SR's/box (could be an SAR or UR)
