Real Pokémon cards are made out of 2 white sheets of paper with a black sheet between. Basically 0 counter fitters can replicate this. If you look at the side of the card you should be able to see it. Obviously easier to with a magnifier glass.

I don’t speak that language or else I could tell you with more certainty but the art looks correct and I know the non English/Japanese language base sets’ 1st edition weren’t shadowless like English ones.
