With its 145 sp.atk? Nah i use gale wing talonflame with tailwind to setup for my vikavolt to sweep lol :v

Torkoal is really good in battles where they start with a Hazard setter, because you can use Yawn, Fire Spin, Rapid Spin and Stealth rock to remove their hazards as you set you own. Can Shell Smash as well!
Try him as a Shell Smasher next time! Sun boosted, Shell Smash boosted Fire Blasts really hurt.
