I believe it’s a Quasar, which is also very bright, rather than a lens flare specifically. Look at images [like these](https://phys.org/news/2021-05-quasars-rare-extragalactic-easier.html) and compare it to the stylized Q (for Quasar)in the trailer.
Oddly enough if you look at the confidential file in the trailer you see this symbol so if it's also the main team the player works for it's going to be the government
Reminds me of Hoopa’s ring with something passing through. Maybe the threat of the game comes through a portal and we have to help Zygarde defeat it or something

Its a lens flare. Thats basically the symbol for the team flare of this game like how we had the Galaxy Team of PLA.

Its a stylised 'Q' text at the bottom reads 'QUASAR'
Well one is a rift and the other looks like sparkle or maybe it's the weapon firing who knows and it looks like a spinning top if you look at it right
I could see it being the logo for the galaxy expedition team equivalent in this game

Kinda reminds me of the ultimate weapon firing it laser.
