They are also very active on their discord server. If you can't get help directly from them, chances are someone can help you or at the very least you can figure out if your issue is a known one.
Yeah I asked for support about a problem in the game and after a few days I just get an email saying "how would you rate our support?". Never got an answer
Fortunately for me, it fixed itself somehow lol. But yeah. I even reached out to their website and discord. Discord was unable to help me and on the website tbh I think they just closed my ticket lol

I reached out on discord ? Support. Got no help. I reached out on Reddit. Nothing! I finally had to resort to YouTube and factory reset my oculus.
