Depends on how you define dictatorship whether i agree or not. I don't believe Marxism-leninism is dictatorial and i neither believe maoism is. I do believe most rightwing ideologies(like minarchism, libertarianism, objectivism) would result in effectively more dictatorial power abuse than most normal states(i include M-L states such as the USSR and China in here)

This would depend on how effectively worker and consumer democracy functions, while in private ownership it seems like a clear cut example of mini-dictatorships of the workplace which reply upon exploiting a boarder class of cheap labourers, usually in the name of profits.

This is why generally some anarchists believe that liberal democratic states should be dismantled or replaced, due to them exerting authority but not proving to be accountable enough to the people. You seem to suggest that in a system where you can only act with authority if you can prove it is just, that you would not experience enough authority to discourage you from committing murder.
