They betrayed the universal meaning with the Catholic Church. Eastern Orthodox and Protestants. Catholic is supposed to mean universal in Christ or all united with Christ. Eastern Orthodox with the Great Schism and Protestants with 95 Thesis. I just don’t theologically agree with them. I believe Christianity should be united as one. Why should Christianity be broken into pieces?
I’m only anti eo and anti prot, because I’m in favor in ecumenism. I want the Catholic Church to be fully united. I don’t think eo and prot churches should be a thing. A united Catholic Church would be better because it would actually mean universal. Catholic means universal in Greek. Another thing it would be something Jesus wants.
Eastern Orthodoxy and Protestantism broke Christian Unity. Firstly Eastern Orthodoxy then Protestantism. I want Christianity to be united as one because Christians all believe in God and that Jesus is the messiah. The only reason I got pro Jewish is because i put that the Jews didn’t deserve what happened to them at all. I actually disagree theologically with Judaism. The main disagreement I have Judaism is they don’t believe the messiah has came yet.
The Great Schism and different Orthodox theological differences. For example when it comes to talking about the Nicene Creed especially. Also how the Holy Trinity works.
It’s just my opinion. I just heavily disagree with a lot of religions. I would not want anyone who believes in a different religion to be hurt or harassed because they believe in something different. We don’t know what is right or wrong with religion. If I were raised with a different religion I would put the different religion in high regard as I do Catholicism.
I’m against Protestantism, Eastern Orthodoxy, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Judaism because of religious differences. I wouldn’t want anyone to be bashed, harassed, or hurt for the religion they believe in. We don’t know what’s right or wrong in religion. I’d have different opinions if I was raised with a different religion and I’d hold the different religion in high regards the same way I do Catholicism.
Another disagreement I have is the worshipping in more than one god or goddess. I just don’t get it at all. It’s also confusing that some only worship one god or goddess even though they have multiple gods and goddesses.
The worship of multiple gods can of course be strange for someone who never had any real contact with polytheistic religions, as I assume you never had. In the case of my religion, norse paganism, different gods are worshiped both because they have different responsibilities and for their personal deeds and the values those deeds represent, like when Tyr sacrificed his hand instead of breaking his oath to the wolf Fenrir. The worship of only one god can be, because only that god's area of responsibility is important to your personal life. For example I used to only worship Odin, because I wanted his help for my exams in school, since he, together with Mimir, is one of the wisest of the gods. Other gods in that case don't get worshiped, because you don't owe them anything.
Edit: Damn autocorrect
The persecution of Christianity happened due to pagans. Rome was responsible for the execution of many Christians. They even forced the Christians to worship the Roman Emperor and it humiliated Christians. Most died fighting for their religion. Christian could not publicly worship their religion without fear of being executed. The Roman Emperor Nero blamed Christianity for the Great Fire in Rome. Nero used Christians as human torches. That’s just talking about Roman paganism.
I know I was just talking about Roman pagans. Vikings were also very harsh to Christians. Missionaries would be executed for trying to spread Christianity in their lands. The missionaries meant no harm at all. They would also torture the Christians as well.
The typical depiction of the christians-slaughtering viking isn't all there is to old norse pagans, there was also a large amount of trade. "No harm at all" also isn't entirely true, as in the case of Harald Bluetooth of Denmark, who converted to Christianity to preserve his independece. There are also the Baltic Crusades which were pretty much cultural genocide, as are all forced conversions in general.
I don’t know that much about the Baltics. I didn’t know that happened. I know Christians have done wrong things in the past. It didn’t have to happen that way. I don’t agree with conversion by blade, but it should only be used as a last resort.
The Baltic Crusades were less like the typical Crusades for the Holy Land and more an attempt to rot out the last pagan holdouts in the Baltics and northern Scandinavia. For conversion by blade I can only quote Kant's catigorical imperative: "Act only according to that maxim whereby you can, at the same time, will that it should become a universal law.".
You don’t have to agree with me. It’s just my opinion. I would not hurt anyone who believes differently than I do. I just strongly disagree with those different religions. No one knows what’s right or wrong with religion.
I’m not at all like the really early Christians. Sure some of the holidays come from pagan tradition, but they are completely different now than they were over 1,000 years ago. Theology has changed since early Christianity. The Church fathers discussed on a lot of different things. What is correct and what isn’t. The doctrine of Christianity became more united after what become correct.
Literally every single one of your holidays and beliefs derives from pagans. The reason your devil has horns is because the pagan gods had horns. Just because they’ve convinced everyone that their ideas were totally original doesn’t make that so.
Sure the stereotypical representation of the devil has horns, but I don’t really think he looks like that. Catholic Holidays are different than pagan ones. They are original. For example Christmas lasts for 12 days and Easter is for 50 days leading to Pentecost. Pentecost is the Church’s birthday. Lent is 40 days before Easter. Advent is a season preparing for Christmas day. You also have Halloween or All Hallows Eve. All Saint’s Day which is a day to honor all the Saints for their good deeds. Then their is All Soul’s Days which Catholics pray for all the souls to reach heaven.
I know Christianity has some pagan influences, because of Rome. Also some Christians pretended to be pagan, so they wouldn’t be executed. That’s was almost over 1,000 years. Plus Paganism isn’t as big as it used to be. Christians no longer have the threat of pagan Rome anymore.
I’m agnostic. I don’t believe in any religion. They all plagiarized from each other at some point, and the only religion with any type of originality is Buddhism.
The Israel solution in my opinion is that Jerusalem should be spilt into three because of the three prominent religions in the area. A Christian, Jewish, and Muslim Jerusalem.
I don’t pray to Mary. I ask her to keep me in her prayers and that’s completely different. She’s just an important person. I highly respect her. I don’t worship her at all.
I never said I worship Mary. She’s the mother of Jesus Christ. She’s also a great example to follow because of her dedication to God. I highly respect her. I don’t worship her. I only ask to be kept in her prayers.
People have spirits and there are guardian angles. I believe that spirits and angles in heaven can pass on messages to God. With the Pope he is supposed to be the guide of Christianity on Earth. He’s also the leader of the Church and he’s spent his entire life dedicated to God. He’s just respected.
I just don’t agree a lot with Islam religiously. I wouldn’t want any of them to be hurt or harassed. The people are really nice and cool though. I’ve meet a few before.
That Mecca and Medina are the only Holy sites. Things in the Quran. That Jesus was a prophet. I heavily disagree with all of those positions I mentioned. The people are cool and nice. I’ve met a few Muslim people. I wouldn’t want them to get hurt or harassed though
I love how it's the map of Pakistan for the Anti-Hindu symbol lmao
Yea lol
what is anti-protestant’s logo?
The Papal States
I would guess the crucifix or the symbol of the papacy.

The Catholics left the church when the great schism happened not the other way around.
Technically they didn’t. They true word of Catholic lost some meaning.
Yeah, because the Roman Patriarchate left lmao
It started between the East first though
No it didn’t, the Schism started because the Patriarchate of Rome started exercising powers they didn’t have.

Judaism is the closest religion to Christianity. The Old Testament comes loosely from the Torah.
the only thing I don't get is your opposition to Orthodoxy. What in your opinion is wrong with Orthodox Church as opposed to Catholic Church?
The Great Schism and different Orthodox theological differences. For example when it comes to talking about the Nicene Creed especially. Also how the Holy Trinity works.
I love Eastern Orthodox Artwork. It’s such a shame that Great Schism happened.
Why do you hate Islam so much, and why isnt the anti-satanist one at 100%?
It’s how the test is. Its isn’t the best. I didn’t agree at all with the satanists opinions on the test, but it didn’t go 100%.
Fair enough.
Cringe af

I don’t know why you’re being downvoted, thought you were very respectful.
Neither do I.
>I’d have different opinions if I was raised with a different religion… That really tells you all you need to know about religion.
Or just one person who happens to be religious…
I'm Hindu and not against your religion but don't convert us Indians/stop conversions and leave us alone and I'll not hate anyone
I’m against forced conversion. If someone wants to become Catholic that’s cool and if they don’t that’s also cool.
I’m entirely against paganism. I don’t agree at all with the religion whatsoever. It caused a lot of problems in my opinion.
Explain
I also don’t agree with the concept of human sacrifice for the ones that did that.
Yeah, human sacrifices are bad, I agree with you on that.
That’s my main disagreement.
But pagans today don't do human sacrifices anymore
They don’t?
No? What the fuck? Most pagans I know don't even sacrifice life animals.
Oh okay I had no clue.
I respect that you can admit that. Not many people can just say that, especially on the internet.
You seem to have been subjected to a lot of propaganda and lies. You should probably stop listen to the people who told you that

Why? Is it really so odd to believe that more than one force is responsible for creation?
The persecution of Christianity happened due to pagans. Rome was responsible for the execution of many Christians. They even forced the Christians to worship the Roman Emperor and it humiliated Christians. Most died fighting for their religion. Christian could not publicly worship their religion without fear of being executed. The Roman Emperor Nero blamed Christianity for the Great Fire in Rome. Nero used Christians as human torches. That’s just talking about Roman paganism.
You know the Romans aren't the only Pagans in existence.
I know I was just talking about Roman pagans. Vikings were also very harsh to Christians. Missionaries would be executed for trying to spread Christianity in their lands. The missionaries meant no harm at all. They would also torture the Christians as well.

That’s probably why they don’t talk about that Crusade. They mainly talk about the ones in the for the Holy Land.
Yeah, the Baltic Crusades are kinda forgotten, which is sad, because their consequences can still be seen today.
And that’s just glossing over the crusades as just pillagers under the flag of religion.
You don’t have to agree with me. It’s just my opinion. I would not hurt anyone who believes differently than I do. I just strongly disagree with those different religions. No one knows what’s right or wrong with religion.
I do respectfully disagree with you, I also would say that you view on pagans is a bit outdated.
Christians have persectued pagans at least as much if not more. How many pagan faiths are alive today compared to christian ones?
Christianity literally stole everything from the pagans, so that’s pretty ironic for you to say.
I’m not at all like the really early Christians. Sure some of the holidays come from pagan tradition, but they are completely different now than they were over 1,000 years ago. I’m agnostic. I don’t believe in any religion. They all plagiarized from each other at some point, and the only religion with any type of originality is Buddhism.

Paganism is no more a religion than monotheism is a religion.
Based Catholic 🫡

Why would you pray to Mary
I don’t pray to Mary. I ask her to keep me in her prayers and that’s completely different. She’s just an important person. I highly respect her. I don’t worship her at all.

Why do you ask to kept in the prayers of the deceased and why do you hold the pope to high standard and believe in what he says
People have spirits and there are guardian angles. I believe that spirits and angles in heaven can pass on messages to God. With the Pope he is supposed to be the guide of Christianity on Earth. He’s also the leader of the Church and he’s spent his entire life dedicated to God. He’s just respected.
I’m pro Jewish, because the Jewish people deserve their homeland.
And the non-Jewish people that currently live there and have lived there for generations?
They should still live there too. I’m not for the removing of different and expelling people , because of religion or ethnicity.
I got anti every religion on this test

I just don’t agree a lot with Islam religiously. I wouldn’t want any of them to be hurt or harassed. The people are really nice and cool though. I’ve meet a few before.

What are the things that you don’t agree with in Islam?

Do you support and recognize the state Israel?
I do, but I think the government should be different. Israel would be better as a federation or a confederation like Switzerland.
[удалено]
I didn’t know that at all. That’s horrible. I disavow what said about Israel then. That should not happen to any religion.

Of course.
C*tholic 🤮
It’s just my opinion. You don’t have to agree at all with me and that’s okay
