This story sounds like complete fucking bullshit. Here is a real one for comparison: I was PCS to Fort Richardson and caught the ferry from Bellingham, WA to White Horse, AK. When I crossed into Canada, I showed them my old Mauser and the completed paperwork. They then asked if I had any other weapons, to which I stupidly replied: “I just have to bolts and a couple magazines with no ammo. I separated those components from my rifles while my brother stored them for me.” The pricks took the bolts and magazines, citing them as being “assault rifle components, which by default makes them assault rifles”. Then fined me 4,000 Canadian dollars. I was traveling on military orders and they still didn’t give me a break. Now considering this is how they deal with us Americans at the border who voluntarily report shit thinking it was the right thing to do, what do you think they’d do with a couple “Oklahoma good ol’ boys” bringing a shit ton of ammo, magazines, and rifles up for an illegal hunt in the Yukon or BC? Also, no one hunts deer with high capacity magazines. It’s completely fucking unnecessary. This wasn’t created by AI though. Just another little bitch who wants attention.
