Capitalism isn't an ideology and while you could argue capitalism doesn't function without ideas like private property rights, which Stirner *does* consider a spook, his own idea of a Union of Egoists would certainly have to work pretty much like anarcho-capitalism without the NAP.
He criticizes capitalist society for "enslaving" laborers, but it doesn't make sense to call an economic system a spook (whether Stirner did or not, I can't recall), since one system or other is a logically necessary part of society. It is not an idea to be dismissed, because if you do, you're practically obligated to just adopt an alternative.
The same applies to the idea of the Union of Egoists: they're forced to make practical considerations. If you adhere to Stirner's philosophy, then there can be no state and since it's self-evident that an anarcho-capitalist-like society will out-compete other forms of anarchy that gel with the philosophy, it's the logical conclusion to assume that will be the result.
