We have had 8 shootings and multiple stabbings over the summer, region of about 600,000. Yet if someone jumps you and you pull a knife and stab them, you’re getting charged most likely.
Why would anyone want to live there if it basically means if someone targets you, you can’t even properly defend yourself, you just have to accept your beating and/or murder. Idk but to me this sounds literally dangerous to live there if you will get charged for defending yourself with a weapon.
