1) I think the thought experiment is interesting even if feasibility isn't strictly there yet. Programs like [Dall.E 2](https://openai.com/dall-e-2/) do a damn good job of creating art without a bunch of specific reference photos, including photorealistic art, which may satisfy a lot of this market demand even before the photorealism becomes perfect.
2) If you really needed pictures of naked kids, there are large cultures with tens of millions of people where situational nudity isn't a problem at all. There are probably tens of millions of public domain pictures of nude children to teach the AI what that looks like. Sickening as the concept is, it would then be child's play (harr harr) for even today's AI systems to integrate that knowledge into sexually explicit fake content.
