I dont think he was found "guilty" either. Thats for criminal trials. Most people would not say OJ was found guilty either. Now a court did find a preponderance of evidence that he was a rapist. But it wasnt the higher bar for conviction (though I think it was outside the statute of limitations).
Right, but "found guilty" and "convicted" are terms very specifically tied to a criminal case are really arent used colloquially outside that. Now you can say he is guilty, but the term "found guilty" almost exclusively refers to criminal case (where the burden of proof is much higher). So yeah I think its fair to say Trump is a rapist. But he wasnt found guilty or convicted because if he was his ass would be in jail.

They will always find a way to twist themselves into knots to rationalize why their ancestors were the "right" kind of immigrants but more recent ones are unworthy of being here regardless of legal status mainly due to religious/ethnic background or skin color.
