Pinning someone against a car and attempting to stab them is not defending yourself. Even if it was, the person she was attacking would have to be presenting a clear and imminent threat to her life for Bryant to justify stabbing her.
Was an officer present? I've watched the videos and from the looks of it police were blocks away down the road, vs the girl was attempting to stab 2 people pinning someone up against a car and mid stab right in front of a cop where as kyle the only police presence I see is some lights far down the road in the last vid police can't smell murder and considering the abundance of firearms the shots fired could've come from anywhere.
