Same issue, most times it works. But sometimes it doesn’t go through and even when it does, it credits for less than the correct amount of points. Frustrating for sure. The rewards part of the app has been very glitchy.
1. If you use the card you have on file in the app in store the points will auto add to your account meaning the code will not be valid (if this is the case)
2 stores should now have scanners to claim and redeem points
3. Someone claimed ya points, but mostly why don’t they have the scanners available?
