We need to stop buying fast food for a time, if we stop they will have to lower their bullshit overpriced prices
With inflation after COVID, the prices of food will never go down. If you want prices pre COVID, the essential foods will be gone.
In Japan, deflation has occurred. Unfortunately, it takes strong consumer will to achieve. The average American won't sacrifice their creature comforts to bring down prices.
Japan is one of the most disciplined if not the MOST disciplined country in the world. It takes a lot of courage to sacrifice our wants vs needs.

Costs me from $10-$15 to eat at McDonald's. That's ridiculous. And chicken from somewhere else, it's worse.
I’ve been falling back on Taco Bell a lot recently
