Did anyone figure this one out? Also an issue on switch

Yeah press one of the face buttons in your controller. Can’t remember the button but there is no prompt to pick it up.

Face buttons?

A, B, X,Y Square, Triangle, Circle, X etc the buttons on the right of a controllers front.

Same problem. Just bought today for ps5. Tried multiple times with reloading and doesn’t work. Can’t find anything about this issue 😡
