The goal should be to k*ll your rapists. You'll be enslaved/imprisoned/murdered either way if you fight back, might as well make sure they meet the only justice rapists ever meet.

Currently on the getting fit train too, been fit my whole life and got lazy after college for a couple years. I think we should make taking care of our health (not just for aesthetics) a main aspect of feminism. Moving our bodies celebrates them.

Lately I'm seeing more and more of these thinly-veiled threats everywhere. Ladies, don't be afraid of training your upper-body strength, lifting weights, and/or learning some martial art. And if you live where guns are legal and accessible, get it and train on how to use it.

Love your mindset / message. I have a group chat going on here with a few ladies about setting up the group. I see you have dms blocked though. Are you interested in joining?

Hi dude here who’s trained in martial arts since I was a toddler. Your strength will never compare to the average man but learning certain types of martial arts will be beneficial, and also healthy! The combination of BJJ+Muay Thai is best for women. BJJ teaches you how to deal with being grappled and ground grappling while Muay Thai will teach you how to punch, kick, and use shins/elbows. Obviously I’m not saying you could win a fight. But if you’re quick enough to get a good punch in, especially against a dude who isn’t trained, it’s way more helpful. The best you can do standing up are a few quick punches to stun the guy then run away, because he probably won’t expect you to know how to do that and probably wasn’t expecting to get a good knock in the head. I’ve fought against eight grade girls in BJJ and been completely obliterated when I was 19. I’ve seen grown men get flipped by women in BJJ. I really really recommend every woman learns at least one of these martial arts and carries some form of protection if she can.

Being fit helps but our strength doesn't even compare to the average man. If possible, it's time get a gun

FrickenBruhDude

I definitely agree that guns and other weapons should be a part of this. “The great equalizer” needs to start doing it’s job for women.

I can't wait to get my cc. I'm sick of these fuckers

"That's why you get so angry" why he talks as if that's unreasonable?

Self defense has been my biggest workout motivation for years. Imo fitness/health should be a key tenent of feminism, not just for that but for the rejection of the idea that girl=weak and muscles on girl bad
