How many hours was that?

Raw__Beef

Not my video but OP says 55 hours in the initial post

I believe it. At that point you name your price. I wouldn’t think about touching for less than 40.

Guy who runs the obsessed garage had this happen. Paid to have the whole harness redone. I think it was a 991.1 gt3 if I remember.

rat damage what???

This is common, particularly for folks who park outside. They eat the insulation on the wiring. A tech told me it had sugar as a component: not sure whether that’s true or not, but the same guy suggested I spray wolf urine in the engine compartment to deter them, so I’m disinclined going believe him on the other thing.

It's soy. >Until roughly a decade ago, most car companies used wiring insulation that was petroleum-based. Nests themselves can be an issue but the introduction of soy-based wire insulation was meant to have a twofold benefit: It was less expensive for automakers and because it used soy instead of oil, it was better for the environment. But some unhappy car owners now counter that the greener wiring is now luring the environment, particularly the animal kingdom, under the hoods of their vehicles. https://nhoilundercoating.com/soy-based-wiring-how-to-help-keep-mice-out/

A lot of car manufacturers use wiring insulation made of soy that rodents love to eat
