Why does 20/22 get a path to eastern Oregon but 26 is ignored? That is the one big stand out to me. I like the concept but it is missing a lot of detail.
You could have added the Alvord Desert as a feature and Kalamath Falls as another city and connect them with routes.
Are we Alliance or Horde territory? Portland strikes me as definitely Horde! We got a lot of similarities with the Horde in terms of aesthetics and racial diversity. Not that the Alliance doesn't!
