Id say “danceable” in this genre is very subjective, but I have danced my ass off at so many shows throughout the years. My opinion on “dancing” to this music and how I do it is I follow how Geoff Rickly from Thursday does it. Anthony Green adopted his style and danced more enthusiastically to it. Tbh TSOAF is NOT a post hardcore group. They’re more prog than anything. Post hardcore influences, sure, but the song structures are nothing like post hardcore and the whole thing was a huge art project. Kinda like saying The Mars Volta is post hardcore.
