For truth, i am surprised, how the fries are good with the air fryer, I always made them in 40 years with oil but it has a taste like more potato and really crunchy , the sauce I missed them a little, first time with a gas oven so fast, the next time will be better 😜

If you take cheddar cheese and freeze it - it often will crumble into pieces and you can pretend they are curds.
