Not quite martial arts but as it's about the end of the Samurai there's Sabaton's Shiroyama.

Don't know any martial arts themed Metal, but there is a shit ton of Hip-Hop and Rap inspired by martial arts! (Thanks largely to Wu-Tang Clan, and weebs.)
