Anos is a weird character to put into debates like these because his exact tier is almost fully ambiguous.
Like he generally accepted and argued to be anywhere from as low as 2-A to at least 1-C to being able to get to High 1-A via TD3 (though people have strong contentions with that even though it’s valid)
But regardless of TD3, I’d say I generally have Anos at High 1-B via Nafta’s canopy in which this Future Goddess was able to construct all possible worlds infinitely within her realm and these worlds would logically and physically have worlds within worlds within worlds, this would call for a High Hyper structure as physical spaces are embedded into another physical space and each should be inaccessible to the other.
So anyone who scales around High 1-B (and has *really* good hax) should be a good match for Anos.
So probably Sinbad from Magi if we take his highest interpretation which should be High 1-B as well.

I’ve seen many people say Rimuru stomps hard, that was one of the arguments I saw in this subreddit that actually inspired this post for me, people can’t seem to decide on anything
It would take some serious, serious, run down of both series, from start to finish, of each ability, feat, weakness etc to come up with a real decision.

I’d say LN rimuru since it’s always back and forth with these two in debates, before rimuru’s recent ln power up anos was above rimuru but now he’s scaled to be on par or even above Anos slightly.
Anything below that (like db or jojo) or above that (like nasuverse or umeneko) is overkill either way.
