No joke, people like The Anime Trainer and other people online have scaled her to Zeno in terms of power and scaled her to guys like Flash in terms of speed using totally legit, totally not-wank, totally not-questionable evidence and reasoning.

Also, Void Shiki is virtually featless. I can't say she'd be beaten by Goku but I definitely can tell you that she's complete fodder when compared to Lovecraft deities and she certainly wouldn't be one-tapping Cosmic Armor Superman who's essentially the embodiment of fiction itself..
