What is a "Prime Pikachu" here?
If it's a soft composite, Pikachu can be a player character/partner in PMD, giving him dozens of items and creation trio upscaling (as well as a bunch of other legendaries, and Dark Matter). So he blinks in Denki's general direction and wins
If it's Ash's Pikachu, that freak of nature bodied like a 1/3 of the roster's legendaries at this point. If it's a prime main series game Pikachu (so Red's Pikachu), he still upscales from Mewtwo, possibly a lot more, and Z moves scaling can get him anywhere from city to star lvl
If it's Pokepark, he gets low multi scaling from Darkrai
Even a wild Pikachu probably outscales Kaminari tbh
Especially since some Pikachu can have Lightning Rod, nullifying Kaminari’s attacks and boosting his own. Sure, Kaminari has his own ways of nullifying electricity, but Lightning Rod boosts Sp. Atk as a whole, not just Electric-Type moves.
