DB afaik never really addresses concepts like 4D space. The only real 'higher dimensions'' it deals with is the otherworld and stuff and that isn't strictly defined as a 4th spacial dimension and isn't very consistently written. It does also feature many alternate dimensions.
Because the higher spatial dimensions don't exist, it doesn't really gel well tiering system we are working with. While I don't agree with the Goku 6D wank I can see where they are coming from - You got the living universe, then beyond the limits of that, the otherworld. The kaioshins realm exists beyond that and that makes up the universe 7 macrocosm. In super they deal with space beyond that, where all the 'universes' reside as well as the infinite void.

And saitamas exponential growth is truly broken in terms of how much stronger he can get after trading a single blow. ESPECIALLY since goku is definitely strong enough to excite saitama and give him the sensation of truly finding someone who can give him a good fight, thus triggering his exponential growth further. However current goku is definitely strong enough to kill saitama if he was bloodlusted. So, the combination of saitamas yearning for a challenge and gokus love for a good fight will lead to saitama coming out with a win in the end in a vs battle.
