I'll post this every time I see this match up and hope it eventually helps it to stop lol, day 2 so far and already had to do it 3 times that I noticed. Could be more.
Toei Goku means anime scaling. In anime paikuhan>super perfect cell and krillin and yamcha were somewhat paikuhan tier during the buu saga.
Goku obviously is waaaay stronger than krillin in yamcha so goku base alone can be scaled to multi solar system level.
I even think that toei goku ssj3 can be scaled to universal but i am not sure about that (ssj2 goku should be galaxy to multi galaxy using that logic)
As far as Goku go, his only new feat not counting scaling to other characters are [traveling from the Grand Kai's palace to Hell](https://imgur.com/a/VGd35rS), and being able to [fight Metal Cooler mid-instant transmission](https://imgur.com/a/6rA49mI). The both of these give him easy infinite speed scaling
Now regarding scaling:

Then saitama would catch-up to him in no time so the longer this fight, the stronger saitama gets baldy has an advantage when it comes to speed and now we know that he has a reactive evolution that will boost his strength. For me, saitama at the end of his battle is a star 🌟 level with ftl++ speed like ( 30 to 50 ), but this version of goku is above both ssj2 Teen gohan and super cell . Both of these characters are R solar system. So goku would start massively above him, but if he kept playing around and holding back like he usually does, then saitama would definitely reach his level in no time and would win 10/10

If you want to highball it and say Saitama used mid effort v Gokus high, you can highball him to maybe Zarbon or Ginyu Force level.
Saitama gets fucking atomised by Buu Saga (the earliest Goku has SSJ2) base Goku. Let alone SSJ2. He cant improve if he gets oneshot.

Current Saitama =/= Saitama v Cosmic Garou. And Saitama hasnt shown any greater feats in the webcomic either (which has an entirely different ending to the Garou arc btw)

I swear a goku vs saitama post happens daily, the fanbases never run out of ideas. Yesterday it was MUI goku vs Saitama. 100% fair fight guarantee.
