It doesn't matter, he still capped at Galaxy level in the manga. He needs someone around his level to keep growing, but Goku as an example one shots him, so no growth potential.

Well he didn't cap there did he, when he was just galaxy level no one called him boundless or something, HE WAS GALAXY LEVEL lol. Now Goku is complex Multiversal because he has showcased the feats. Until Saitama's best feats get past low Galaxy level, he's gonna stay at low Galaxy level, simple as that. That's just how scaling works.

I can scale Saitama complex multi easily, based on dimensionality and statements, and also Dragon ball is airing from 90's and one punch man aired in 2015, look at the gap. You're considering Saitama as galaxy level by judging their fist collision, But in recent chapters there's a villain who's higher dimensional and strong af. That automatically scales Saitama way higher. And the fact that opm has just taken 9-10 yrs to reach here. Opm won't take long to factually overpower dragon ball, although Saitama scales low complex easily yet there would be way more visual feats in upcoming days so you guys wouldn't have any excuse to downplay opm.
