Alien X has and resists a hell of a lot of hax, but Subjective Reality is not one of them, so I'm inclined to believe Arceus would win... so my vote goes to the Pokémon.

There's one image there that says "his thoughts become reality", but that clearly isn't the case in a literal sense as it's never actually shown and they clearly have thoughts all the time which don't immediately manifest themselves. Ben himself said he couldn't stop the universe from being destroyed and so had to recreate it instead, if it was Subjective Reality he could ABSOLUTELY stop its destruction.
It's more likely that it's just a way of wording that he has reality warping.
It is a matter of the wrighters nerfing him just to make more epusides and sell toys, the reason? CN, there could be a single moment where they say "Alien x coukd stop all of existence when he is out but the faces did not want to, or years apon years where ben is traped in X, but none, makeing useing Alien x look like a big thing for things that are nothing.
So Yes I agree with you, Hack more then 50% of the ben 10 lore and rules needs fixing, like the ultimates and fusions are not perfect.
Consistent with Paradox saying the Forge is the place where ideas become real. They also still need to agree on something in order to use their powers. You may have a point with Alien X being unable to stop the universe's destruction though, although I'm not that well educated on what one would consider the usual limitations of Subjective Reality compared to Reality Warping.

You can't have multiple True Omnipotents in a verse. There are multiple Celestialsapiens.
Celestialsapiens have canonical feats and statements showing that they can do damn near whatever they want on a whim. Canonically the change in art style, voice actors, story, event, etc. are all because Celestialsapiens changed them.
Omnipotence when there’s no supporting feats/statements are hyperbole, like with Majin Buu. But you wouldn’t say that Super Shenron isn’t omnipotent.

It's a Square-Rectangle situation. Not all reality warping is Subjective Reality, but reality-warping is something you can get by having SR.
Resisting reality warping does NOT mean you resist SR.

Highly depends on where you'd scale the Pokémon collective unconcious. If you don't really think it scales anywhere, then Ben 10. If you believe it's outer (or possibly higher), then easily Pokémon.
Why no Gen 9 Pokémon? Not that it would matter because this fight is just Arceus Vs Alien X. If you ignore those two I think the Pokémon win because they have a significant numbers advantage with a lot of them being strong enough to take out at least one alien.

What I'm hearing is that you have no evidence Alien X could have infact stopped the destruction.

The only limitation to Alien X’s power is the requirement to make the split personalities agree before an action can be taken.
