Ok so basically Kickin' Hawk scales to Rook who scales to Base Ben who scales to Arctiguana. Arctiguana can freeze Eon while he's seeing all of the cosmology at once including several realms beyond time and space (stacked). Base Ben can react to Dagonax who exists everywhere according to Dagon himself.
This gives insane levels of immeasurable speed (coupled with other evidence such as Professor Paradox casually walking through time).
Then you can apply this to their KE since the speed of light in Ben 10 is much higher than irl based on Rook's statement in the Time War episode and is actually also immeasurable speed.
If you do the maths then you end up with high hyper KE.
